Implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the Document Subcommittee at the Document Subcommittee Conference on August 7, 2025, the Document Editorial Team has received and completed the draft Congress Documents and the Document Summary Report, the personnel plan to submit to the Congress to report to the Politburo , the Secretariat, and the Central Working Group No. 4 to ensure compliance with regulations according to Conclusion No. 175-KL/TW of the Politburo.

However, on August 11, 2025, the Provincial Party Standing Committee received Official Dispatch No. 12067/BTC-CTK, dated August 7, 2025 of the Ministry of Finance on the use of 2 sets of socio-economic statistical indicators to serve the development of Resolutions for Party Congresses at the provincial and communal levels; in which the set of provincial indicators includes 28 main indicators. Implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, on August 18, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee issued a document reporting to advise on the development and supplementation of missing socio-economic indicators. On that basis, the Document Editorial Team advised on editing and supplementing the main indicators in all fields of Thai Nguyen province for the 2025 - 2030 term, ensuring that they are correct and sufficient according to the set of indicators guided by the Ministry of Finance.

At the Conference, delegates focused on discussing and giving opinions on new additional indicators related to economic , social and environmental fields such as: Gross Regional Domestic Product; State budget revenue ratio compared to GRDP; average life expectancy; number of employed workers in the economy; proportion of employed workers in the economy; proportion of industrial parks and export processing zones in operation with centralized wastewater treatment systems meeting environmental standards...

Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Viet Hung gave a speech at the Conference.

In his concluding remarks and instructions at the Conference, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the drafting agency to seriously absorb, supplement and update the indicators of the new set of indicators in accordance with the instructions, and continue to send comments to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to complete the draft adjustment and supplementation according to regulations. The Document Subcommittee and relevant agencies and units continue to complete the contents of the Document submitted to the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, ensuring quality and progress according to the requirements.
Previously, under the direct direction of the Provincial Party Secretary, the Subcommittee for Documents of the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, met, exchanged and discussed many times to develop the Congress Documents. The draft Political Report was consulted with former provincial leaders, experts, scientists and the general public, so that the Documents submitted to the Congress are truly the crystallization of the wisdom of the entire Party Committee, demonstrating the will and development aspirations of Thai Nguyen province in the new term.
