Hanoi is a locality with a low proportion of ethnic minorities, accounting for only about 1.3% of the city's population, but it is diverse with 50/53 ethnic groups living there. In particular, in the 4 communes of Yen Xuan, Yen Bai, Ba Vi and Suoi Hai, there are Muong and Dao ethnic groups living in concentration, accounting for more than 51% of the total number of ethnic minorities in the city. These are areas with strategic positions in terms of national defense and security, rich in potential for socio -economic development, eco-tourism, and community culture. In conjunction with the New Rural Development Program, the harmony between development and preservation of cultural identity has been and is being paid attention to by localities.

Core technology is the foundation for industrial development, increasing production value, and enhancing national competitiveness. In the context of increasingly tight global technology transfer, the development of core technology is an urgent requirement, requiring Vietnam to have a systematic strategy. This responsibility cannot be without the pioneering role of universities.

AI-generated fake images of the capsized ship in Ha Long Bay.

In the era of strong development of artificial intelligence, fake videos created by AI are becoming dangerous "information weapons", especially when used to recreate disasters and accidents to attract views, make money, and even commit fraud. The act of taking advantage of technology to distort the truth not only violates ethics and the law but also deeply hurts the psychology of viewers, seriously affects the victims' families and reduces trust in the community.
