According to Starnews, the crew of the film Queen of Tears revealed plans to produce two more episodes with content that is not simply a summary of the work's highlights, different from previous series on the station.

Korean media commented that the viewership ratings of the following episodes of Queen of Tears will likely not only surpass the 20% threshold, but will also surpass the records of Crash Landing on You and Goblin .
