With the spirit of "running while lining up", the first Party agency of Binh Thuan has completed the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus, which is the merger of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department on February 3, 2025. From March 1, 2025, 6 specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee were established, including: Department of Finance, Department of Construction, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, and officially operated according to the new model. In addition to streamlining and streamlining the organizational apparatus, it is necessary to specify the authority and responsibility of each level and agency, ensuring that "one agency performs many tasks, one task is assigned to only one agency to preside over and take primary responsibility; thoroughly overcome overlapping functions and tasks", avoiding abuse of power or shirking of responsibility. Correctly defining functions and tasks will be the basis and condition for correctly determining the organizational structure, number of staff, resources and operating costs, thereby ensuring performance and efficiency, resources will be optimally allocated, policies will be implemented synchronously and achieve more substantial results.
