I. Production, business and customer service:
Commercial electricity output in the first 6 months of 2024 reached 606.5 million kWh, up 1.9% over the same period. Of which: The consumer management sector reached 258 million kWh, up 9.78% over the same period; the industrial and construction sector reached 290.1 million kWh, down 6.06% over the same period; the commercial, hotel and restaurant sector reached 17.9 million kWh, up 19.2% over the same period; the agricultural, forestry and fishery sector reached 10.8 million kWh, up 17.1% over the same period; other activities reached 29.6 million kWh, up 9.43%.
Revenue in the first 6 months of 2024 reached 1,197 billion VND, up 9.94% over the same period.
The average electricity price in the first 6 months of 2024 reached VND 1,974.37/kWh, an increase of VND 144.41/kWh over the same period; the electricity loss rate in the first 6 months of 2024 reached 3.19%, a decrease of 0.66% over the same period.
In the first 6 months of 2024, the Company maintained its SMS customer care messaging service well. The Company sent 1,878,396 SMS messages and 697,736 Zalo messages to customers.
II. Construction investment work:
In the second quarter of 2024, Tuyen Quang Power Company implemented the construction of the Tuyen Quang 2 110kV Transmission Line and Substation project, Tuyen Quang province; Energized the project to increase the capacity of the T1 transformer of the Tuyen Quang 110kV substation, Tuyen Quang province, completed in May 2024; Project to increase the capacity of the T2 transformer of the Son Duong 110kV substation, completed in May 2024; installed the T2 transformer of the Ham Yen 110kV substation, completed in June 2024; implemented the construction of projects to upgrade the 10kV grid to 22kV in Son Duong and Ham Yen districts. Thereby, ensuring safe and stable operation of the power system, meeting the electricity demand for socio-economic development in the area.
III. Objectives and tasks for the third quarter of 2024:
In the third quarter of 2024, Tuyen Quang Power Company will complete upgrading the 10kV grid to operate at 22kV voltage level in Ham Yen and Son Duong districts; deploy the construction of energizing a 110kV project; deploy the construction of 9 additional projects assigned in 2023. Along with that, strengthen the inspection and handling of existing defects on the line to minimize incidents during the hot months and rainy season of 2024.
Strengthen propaganda measures, coordinate with authorities to impose administrative penalties, carry out well the work of clearing the route corridor according to regulations, put up warning signs to prevent recurrence of violations, and minimize incidents caused by violations of the high-voltage grid safety corridor.
Continue to maintain and enhance the quality of surprise inspections of labor safety at the site; urge, guide and control units to implement business and customer service targets according to plan, control meter readings and load adjustment (DR), ensure safe and stable power supply during the hot season to serve the people.
