Accordingly, the National Assembly Standing Committee decided to supplement the 2024 state budget revenue estimate, the increase in state budget revenue in 2024 is 342,699 billion VND. Of which, the central budget revenue increased by 187,244 billion VND (excluding aid revenue recorded, recorded expenditure for specific targets, central budget revenue increased by 191,900 billion VND), local budget revenue increased by 155,455 billion VND.

In addition, the National Assembly Standing Committee also decided to allocate and use the increased central budget revenue in 2024 (excluding aid revenue recorded for specific purposes) of VND 191,900 billion for 5 tasks. Specifically, the allocation of resources to implement salary policy reform according to Resolution No. 27, dated May 21, 2018 of the 7th Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee on salary policy reform for cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces and employees in enterprises is VND 76,769 billion; bonuses for exceeding revenue estimates and reinvestment for localities is VND 16,591 billion, of which Khanh Hoa province is VND 259.5 billion; implementing housing support policies for people with revolutionary contributions according to Decision No. 21 dated November 22, 2024 of the Prime Minister is VND 1,940 billion. At the same time, implementing national defense and security tasks and projects; science , technology, innovation, national digital transformation tasks and projects; building boarding and semi-boarding schools for high school students in remote, border, and island areas and other important investment projects is 86,900 billion VND; allocating 9,700 billion VND to report to the National Assembly to decide on the allocation of increased central budget reserves in 2025.

The National Assembly Standing Committee assigned the Government to direct relevant ministries, central agencies and localities to urgently implement and manage the use of capital in accordance with the law according to this resolution; assigned the Prime Minister to allocate investment capital from the increased central budget revenue in 2024 to ministries, central agencies and localities to carry out tasks and projects on science, technology, innovation, national digital transformation and build boarding and semi-boarding schools for high school students in remote, isolated, border and island areas according to the Project of the Ministry of Education and Training when eligible for allocation according to the law...
