On the morning of November 29, Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications of Kien Giang province, Le Thi Pha Ca, said that on the afternoon of November 28, a delegation from the Kien Giang Provincial People's Committee had a meeting with the government and tourism businesses of Kerala state (India).
The meeting is part of a working program in India to discuss and expand cooperation between Kien Giang province and Indian localities.
At the meeting, the leaders of Kerala state introduced the Kien Giang province delegation to the state's tourism potential and strengths.
Ms. Jeeva Maria Joy - representative of the Kerala state government emphasized: "Kerala state is a small state in India but famous for tourism, attracting many tourists, so it can exchange and share experiences with Phu Quoc in particular, Kien Giang in general and expand tourism cooperation in the coming time between the parties".

At the end of the meeting, Kerala state (India) and Kien Giang province both expressed their desire to welcome visitors to their localities and, more broadly, each other's countries. Leaders of both sides hope that tourism businesses will cooperate, open tours and connecting routes to promote tourism development between the two sides.
