Provincial Party Committee meets with former provincial leaders

Provincial leaders and former provincial leaders of all periods attended the meeting.

Attending the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee Pham Hung Thai, Nguyen Thanh Ngoc, Nguyen Manh Hung; members of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors and former provincial leaders, former secretaries of district, town, city and party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee of different periods.

The conference watched a video presentation reporting the implementation results of the 2023 Resolution and the Resolution on directions and tasks for 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee.

Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Thanh Tam said that although some socio-economic targets have not been achieved as expected in the implementation of the Provincial Party Committee's resolution in 2023, this is a joint effort of the entire political system in the context of many difficulties and challenges. These results are also the premise for the province to continue to strive to better implement the targets and tasks set for 2024.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Tam acknowledged and sincerely thanked the former provincial leaders for their attention, regular sharing and comments on the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and Standing Committee in the past time; and thanked the affection of generations of leaders of all periods for the current generation of leaders.

In the coming time, the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee hope to continue to receive the attention, sharing and comments of former provincial leaders on the leadership and direction of the implementation of targets, tasks and aspirations of Tay Ninh , bringing a better life to the people, joining in the development of provinces and cities in the Southeast region as well as the whole country.

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee took souvenir photos with former provincial leaders.

On the occasion of welcoming the Year of the Dragon 2024, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Thanh Tam sent New Year wishes of peace, prosperity and happiness to former leaders of all periods.
