The contest aims to widely propagate the historical, cultural and revolutionary traditions of the nation; educate political ideology; strongly arouse the spirit of patriotism, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-strengthening, national pride, the desire to contribute and the strength of great national unity in the cause of national renewal and international integration under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam . At the same time, it affirms the stature, historical significance and brilliant milestones of the August Revolution in 1945 and the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam); the causes of victory and lessons learned; the creative application of the lessons of the August Revolution in the cause of national liberation and unification as well as in the cause of building, developing and defending the Fatherland.
The contest takes place from August 4 to 9, 2025, touring to serve people in the provinces and cities: Tuyen Quang, Bac Ninh , Hai Phong city.
The content of the contest praises the glorious Party, great Uncle Ho, the tradition of patriotism, national pride, the will to be self-reliant, to overcome difficulties and challenges of our army and people to make the victory of the August Revolution in 1945; To honor and express gratitude for the great contributions of generations of heroes who participated in the struggle for national liberation, unification as well as in the cause of building, developing and defending the fatherland and typical examples of contributing youth and youth to the cause of building and developing the homeland and the country. To praise the achievements of the country in economics - culture - society, national defense and security; To promote, introduce and develop the unique and typical traditional cultural and artistic values of the locality.
Each unit builds a comprehensive art program with high propaganda and artistic value. Priority is given to performances with strong local cultural identity, in the form and genre of singing, dancing, and music with a maximum duration of 35 minutes/program, minimum of 05 performances/program. The program participating in the contest must closely follow the theme, be solemn and meaningful, ensure high artistic value and propaganda effectiveness, encourage new creations, and meet the people's need for spiritual and cultural enjoyment.
Through propaganda and celebration activities, it contributes to creating high unity within the Party and social consensus to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; promoting the combined strength of the entire political system and the People to encourage and motivate the entire Party, people and army to take advantage of opportunities and strive to overcome difficulties and challenges, creating new confidence and new momentum to accelerate, break through, promote patriotic emulation movements, and be determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Congress towards the 14th National Congress of the Party./.
