The incident involved a prolonged, over-the-top complaint by citizens who were customers of the Dong Van Industrial Park housing project, invested by Ha Nam Development Joint Stock Company. At the conference, citizen representatives expressed their desire for the provincial authorities and the project investor to clarify the shortcomings and problems of the project, focus on directing solutions, and clearly state the roadmap and specific timeline for handing over land to customers who purchased land at the project.
The project investor representative said that with the support of the provincial departments and agencies to remove obstacles, up to now 90% of the legal procedures related to the project have been basically completed, the company strives to complete all procedures for the project by June 30. After completing financial obligations to the state to be eligible for the Certificate of Land Use Rights, the investor will continue to focus on investing in the construction of infrastructure items in the project according to the plan, completing the rough construction of all 438 model houses.
The investor aims to complete all land purchase contracts with project customers in August so that households can start building houses in the project as soon as possible.
Concluding the conference, Comrade Nguyen Minh Tien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Working Group 1360, assigned the Department of Construction to urge the investor to promptly complete the construction of the remaining model apartments; requested the tax authority to promptly carry out procedures on financial obligations to the project investor according to regulations. He requested the competent authorities to coordinate with the investor to focus on resolving the issue, citizens to strictly comply with the provisions of the law, not to continue to gather in large numbers, and to file prolonged complaints. At the same time, he requested the investor to promptly reach an agreement with citizens to complete the design and construction of the remaining model apartments to submit to the Department of Construction for approval, speed up the construction progress; promptly complete financial obligations to the state according to regulations./.
