In the coming time, with many new and heavier tasks for the cause of building the Army, consolidating national defense, protecting, building and developing the country, the General Secretary noted that the requirements for the 12th Army Corps must also be higher, more urgent and closer to reality, requiring leaders and commanders at all levels to renew their thinking, strictly comply with regulations, be exemplary, and dare to sacrifice personal interests for the army and for the mission.

The General Secretary requested that the 12th Army Corps regularly thoroughly grasp and grasp the Party's viewpoints, guidelines, and policies, the State's policies and laws on military, national defense, and national defense; focus on doing well the work of political and ideological education and education on the traditions of the Party, the nation, the army, and the unit; build officers and soldiers to always have a steadfast and firm political stance, a deep understanding of the situation and tasks, constantly uphold revolutionary heroism, and be honored and proud to be officers and soldiers of the 12th Army Corps, "elite, compact, strong", the "iron fist" of the Army and the people...

The General Secretary requested to regularly pay attention to building exemplary clean and strong Party committees and organizations.
