At the closing session of the 13th Central Conference this morning, General Secretary To Lam sent his condolences to families and localities affected by floods and storms, and asked the entire political system to focus on overcoming the consequences as soon as possible.
General Secretary To Lam said: "Given the very complicated weather situation recently, I would like to share the loss of life, health and property of people in areas affected by storms and floods and commend the Government, agencies, localities, military forces, police, youth, and relief organizations for their efforts and sacrifices, regardless of danger, to save people, protect state and people's property, and promptly overcome recent difficulties in localities."

View of the 13th Central Conference.
The General Secretary requested that Central Committee members, especially local leaders, urgently focus on directing the work of preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences of storms, floods, landslides and inundation that are occurring seriously in many places, especially after storms No. 10 and 11.
It is necessary to mobilize the entire political system, armed forces and people to protect people's lives and property, not to let anyone go hungry, have no shelter, or no medical care; focus on overcoming difficulties so that students can go to school as soon as possible. At the same time, proactively prepare response plans for weather developments that are forecast to be very complex and harsh that may occur.
