The inspection delegation included Colonel Tong Xuan Duc, Deputy Director of Politics of the General Department of Defense Industry; and representatives of a number of functional agencies of the General Department.

The working delegation conducted a comprehensive inspection of all aspects of Party and political work (CTĐ, CTCT) of GAET Corporation, including: Propaganda work, Party building organization, cadres, security protection, mass mobilization, military council and mass work; management and use of budget, equipment and materials for CTĐ, CTCT.

The delegation also directly inspected the Party Committee of the Industrial Explosives Company, the Party Cell of Department 3, the Party Cell of the Technical - Safety Department (under the Party Committee of GAET Corporation). At the same time, they inspected the political awareness of the officers, employees, and workers of the Corporation; the work of building and implementing the grassroots democracy regulations (QCDCCS) and dialogue with workers.

Major General Nguyen Duc Tang delivered a concluding speech at the inspection.

Concluding the inspection session, Major General Nguyen Duc Tang commended the results in implementing the Party Central Committee and Party Central Committee activities of the Corporation in 2025; at the same time, he requested that in the coming time, Party committees and commanders at all levels continue to thoroughly grasp, concretize, and seriously implement resolutions, directives, conclusions, regulations, programs, plans, and instructions from above, concretizing them into goals and solutions that are close, correct, and suitable to the characteristics of the unit. Well implement the Party's rules and regimes; do a good job of political and ideological education ; propagate and disseminate legal education. In particular, it is necessary to further improve the effectiveness of implementing the Party's Party building and defense policy, regularly organize democratic dialogues, promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of cadres, employees, and workers; create solidarity and unity throughout the unit.

Regarding the shortcomings and limitations that the working delegation pointed out, the Party Committee and the General Corporation's commanders are required to seriously acknowledge, learn from experience, have directions and solutions to overcome and improve, in order to continue to effectively and qualitatively carry out all aspects of Party building and Party building activities; contributing to the successful completion of the key political tasks of the General Corporation in the coming time.
