2024 is the year to accelerate the completion of the goals and tasks of the Resolution of the 22nd Congress of the Party Committee of Nui Thanh District, term 2020 - 2025 and the year to prepare for the organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the term 2025 - 2030. Nui Thanh District Party Committee has deployed the goals and tasks according to Resolution 12/2023 of the District Party Committee and achieved important results in all aspects of work.
Party building work was strengthened. During the year, the District Party Committee admitted 150 outstanding people into the Party, achieving 125% of the district resolution target, exceeding 30.43% of the province's target.
Inspection and supervision work; mass mobilization and activities of the front, socio -political organizations; government building and administrative reform continued to change positively; national defense and security were ensured.
In 2024, the total production value in the district (calculated at current prices) is estimated to reach more than VND 88,442.7 billion, of which agriculture, forestry and fishery will reach VND 7,106.2 billion (accounting for 8.03%); industry and construction will reach VND 67,957.9 billion (accounting for 76.83%); services will reach VND 13,378.5 billion (accounting for 15.12%). The growth rate will increase by 8.9% compared to 2023.
Total state budget revenue in 2024 in Nui Thanh area is estimated at 16,416.2 billion VND, reaching 119.58% compared to the estimate assigned by the province and increasing by 11.91% over last year.
At the conference, the Nui Thanh District Party Committee passed a Resolution on directions and tasks for 2025. At the same time, they listened to reports on the results of investment in clean water supply infrastructure and lighting systems for inter-commune and inter-village roads in the district; and a report summarizing 5 years of implementing Resolution 30/2018 of the Politburo on the national cybersecurity strategy.
Also at this conference, Nui Thanh District Party Committee approved the Report on reviewing and supplementing personnel planning for the District Party Executive Committee, term XXIII, 2025 - 2030. At the same time, it carried out the process of reviewing and supplementing the personnel planning.
