The grocery store is arranged and set up no differently than a convenience store.

On Provincial Road 10 (Binh Tri Dong Ward), Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan's grocery store has a bright space with a light fragrance. "Before, I used to display my goods out of habit, selling whatever I had. Now it's different! The goods must be arranged beautifully, with prices, QR codes, and invoices. At first, I was hesitant, afraid of trouble, but after using it, I found it convenient. Students and young people love it, just scan once and pay. Much faster, cleaner and neater" - Ms. Lan confided.

Huyen Anh shop (Trung My Tay ward) is nearly 70 square meters wide, displaying more than 1,000 items from fresh food to cosmetics. All have listed prices, electronic scales, and clearly printed invoices. “Before, I only sold instant noodles, soy sauce, and candy. Customers are now picky, they want products with clear origins, so I reinvested in everything. I do it more carefully, but in return, customers trust me and come back more often,” said Ms. Oanh, the shop owner.

Also choosing to "upgrade", Minh Hoa shop (Dien Hong ward) of Ms. Le Thi Ha is now brighter and tidier. Customers come and go busily. Ms. Ha said: "The time when grocery stores only sold fish sauce, salt, rice and noodles is over. Now we have to sell like a mini supermarket: clean goods, clear origin, fast payment. I learned how to display, do promotions, and use software to manage goods. No need to keep a ledger anymore, the computer reports everything."
