Top schools with the lowest 10th grade benchmark scores in Hanoi, average 3.33 points/subject for admission

TPO - The Hanoi Department of Education and Training has just announced the benchmark scores for grade 10 high school admissions next school year. The school with the highest admission score this year is 25.5 points, a difference of 15.5 points compared to the school with the lowest benchmark score.

Principles for calculating 10th grade admission scores in Hanoi this year : Admission score = Math score + Literature score + Foreign language score + priority score (if any) + incentive score (if any).

This calculation method is different from last year in that Hanoi has eliminated doubling the scores of the Math and Literature exams.

Among 115 non-specialized public high schools in Hanoi this year, Kim Lien High School and Le Quy Don High School (Ha Dong) are the schools with the highest benchmark scores with a benchmark score of 25.5 points, an average of 8.5 points/subject.

Meanwhile, the high school with the lowest standard score in Hanoi is 10 points, an average of 3.33 points/subject. It is worth mentioning that there are 5 schools with the same lowest standard score and all are schools in the suburbs.

In the top 11 schools with the lowest standard scores in the city, the average subject score only fluctuates from 3.33 points/subject to 4.50 points/subject.

Meanwhile, at top schools, candidates must have an average score of up to 8.5 points/subject to be admitted.
