Arrange exam locations conveniently for candidates
On May 31, the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City officially decided to set up 33 exam sites for the 2025 high school graduation exam, including 31 official exam sites and 2 backup exam sites.
Specifically, of the 31 official examination sites, there are 30 sites for candidates following the 2018 GeneralEducation Program and 1 site for candidates following the 2006 General Education Program. In addition, to proactively handle arising situations, there are 2 additional backup examination sites located at Trung Vuong Secondary School (Hai Chau District) and Vo Chi Cong High School (Ngu Hanh Son District).
This year, a total of 14,156 candidates will take the exam in Da Nang City, with 594 exam rooms. The exam locations are evenly distributed in districts, ensuring convenience for candidates and organization.

Phan Chau Trinh High School has the largest number of candidates with 720 students, arranged in 30 examination rooms. Next is Tran Phu High School (696 candidates, 29 examination rooms), Nguyen Khuyen Secondary School and High School (696 candidates, 29 examination rooms).
Many other schools also have large organizational scales such as Thai Phien High School (25 rooms), Le Loi Secondary School (25 rooms), Ong Ich Khiem High School (22 rooms), Nguyen Trai High School (21 rooms), Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted (21 rooms)...
The Department of Education and Training requires principals of schools with exam sites to proactively prepare facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with exam regulations and guidance documents of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Department of Education and Training. Ensuring security and safety, especially the prevention of exam cheating, is also a top priority.
Prepare each exam site, ready to welcome students
The Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City has been rushing to take action with a high sense of responsibility, ready for a safe, serious and regulated exam. The Department of Education and Training requires that exam rooms ensure adequate lighting, fans, drinking water, medical equipment and be arranged according to regulations; each room must not have more than 24 candidates, ensuring a minimum distance of 1.2 m between 2 candidates.

Security work is given special attention. Da Nang City Police have deployed many rounds of protection for exam papers and test papers, strictly controlled photocopying facilities, ensuring no unauthorized information or document leaks. Fire prevention and fighting plans, emergency response plans, and traffic control before and after exam hours have also been developed and implemented synchronously.

The health sector has deployed staff at all examination sites, strengthened environmental hygiene control, food safety and disease prevention, especially Covid-19. Meanwhile, the electricity and water supply sectors have committed to not cutting off electricity and water during the examination and grading period.
This year’s exam is of special significance as it is the first time the new 2018 General Education Program has been applied. Students not only need to grasp knowledge, but also demonstrate their ability to apply it, their thinking, and their personal qualities. The education sector has organized many review activities, psychological counseling, and career guidance, accompanying students in the final stages.
