ENHANCE COORDINATION

Bac Lieu City has effectively implemented Conclusion 76 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution 33 of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development. At the same time, it has launched the "All People Unite to Build a Culturally Rich Life" emulation movement, which has become a widespread movement attracting the participation of the entire society. This has contributed to building a healthy and safe cultural environment in residential areas, agencies, units, and businesses.

Over the past year, the City's Department of Culture, Science and Information has strengthened coordination with various sectors and localities to implement numerous tasks related to cultural development and preservation, such as: implementing several new documents related to the sector's field (Government Decree 86, Decree 39; Circular 05 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism...). In addition, it coordinated with the City's Department of Ethnic and Religious Affairs to propose to the City People's Committee the selection of representatives who are reputable individuals with many achievements contributing to the preservation, safeguarding, and promotion of traditional ethnic cultural values ​​in the locality to participate in the Vietnamese Ethnic Culture Festival organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Hanoi. It also coordinated with the City's Department of Economy and the People's Committees of the communes to continue implementing the National Target Program on building new rural areas in the cultural sector.
