The Traffic Police Department (PC08), Ho Chi Minh City Police, has just instructed people to look up traffic violations, pay online and choose to receive results at home or at the sanctioning agency through the National Public Service Portal.
According to the Traffic Police Department, the Ministry of Public Security's Public Service Portal system has now been synchronized with the National Public Service Portal. People can easily look up information about violations and pay fines without having to go directly to the police agency.
The QR code for instructions is posted by the Traffic Police Department at all locations where fines are received and there are officers to guide people so that they can easily operate and carry out procedures to pay traffic violation fines online.
In order to facilitate people in paying traffic violation fines, the Traffic Police Department, Ho Chi Minh City Police Department instructs people to do the following:
Pay traffic violations online and receive results at home
(Note: The violator's information and the National Public Service Portal account information must match)
Step 1: Scan the QR code to the Traffic Violation Online Payment Page
Step 2: Log in to the National Public Service Portal:
Step 3: Log in to your national public service account:
Step 4: The system will navigate to the utility page and save the information in [Personal information] → [Utilities] → [Pay traffic fines] → [Violation information]
Step 5: On the [Violation Information] page, users can look up penalty decisions and payment status (unpaid or paid).
The system selects [Receive results at home via VNPost], people click the [Payment] button, the system displays the information screen for receiving results at home as follows:
Step 6: The system switches to the interface of the National Public Service Portal Payment Platform to select a bank or payment intermediary → Click Mobile Money → The system generates a payment QR code:
Step 7: Use bank account (internet banking, e-wallet) → Scan QR code to pay:
Step 8: After confirming successful payment, people will receive a successful payment notification:
Step 9: In case of payment and receiving results at home, people can manage payment transaction history; People can download receipts to their computer or phone:

Step 1: Scan the QR code to the Traffic Violation Online Payment Page
Step 2: Enter the penalty decision number, Security code → Click Search:
Step 3: Select payment and receive results at the sanctioning agency:
Step 4: Enter the information of the Violator → Click Pay:
Step 5: The system switches to the interface of the National Public Service Portal Payment Platform to select a bank or payment intermediary (e-wallet).
Step 6: Click Mobile Money → Payment QR code generation system:
Step 7: Use bank account (internet banking, e-wallet) → Scan QR code to pay.
Step 8: After confirming successful payment, people will receive a successful payment notification:
Step 9: Users can download the receipt to their computer or phone to present when receiving the temporary detention documents at the sanctioning agency (if requested).
