Decision of the City People's Committee to transfer and appoint Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Loc District Phan Cong Man to work at the City Inspectorate and appoint him to the position of Deputy Chief Inspector of the City.
At the conference, Standing Member of the City Party Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of the City Party Committee Phan Xuan Toan also announced the decision to retire early according to the wishes of 22 cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee (of which 21 cadres retired early according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government, Decree 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government and 1 cadre resigned according to Decree 46/2010/ND-CP).
In addition, Permanent Vice President of the City Labor Federation Tran Thi Minh Nguyet and Deputy Chief Inspector of the city Le Ho Nhan also retired according to their wishes this time.
All decisions on rotation, transfer, appointment of cadres and decisions on early retirement for leaders and managers will take effect from July 1, 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Truong Luu acknowledged the spirit of “the common good”, many cadres still had a lot of time to work but still voluntarily retired early to give way to younger cadres. After retirement, he hoped that the cadres would continue to promote their roles, abilities, and many years of experience to participate in the work and socio-economic development in the locality.
“For the cadres who are transferred, rotated, and appointed, it is required to quickly catch up with the work to best serve the people and businesses. With experience, having held many important positions before, the cadres who are transferred to the grassroots will promote their capacity well, create a new atmosphere, and make the commune-level apparatus operate better,” assigned the task by Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Truong Luu.
