On the evening of September 2, from 9:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m., Ho Chi Minh City will organize fireworks displays at two locations: a high-altitude display at the beginning of the Saigon River tunnel (Thu Duc City) and a low-altitude display at Dam Sen Cultural Park (District 11).

Since the evening, many people and tourists have gathered at Nguyen Hue Walking Street to celebrate the festival and watch the art program "Vietnam - Shining Faith".
Before 9 p.m., many people had moved to the Saigon River tunnel area to wait for the moment when Ho Chi Minh City would launch fireworks to celebrate the 78th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2023) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2023), and the 78th anniversary of the Saigon uprising to seize power (August 25, 1945 - August 25, 2023).
It was noted that many people and domestic and foreign tourists were present at the city's two fireworks display locations to watch the beautiful fireworks displays.
