After waking up, Ms. T. asked the spa to tell her what liquid was injected into her body. But the staff of this beauty salon refused, saying that it was their exclusive product and could not be disclosed.

After 14 days of performing the “lipid tissue breast augmentation” method, Ms. T. felt two unusual hard lumps in her breasts. She then went to the 108 Central Military Hospital for examination.

In another case, Ms. BTH (26 years old, Hanoi ) went to a spa with the desire to improve her bust. She said she read an advertisement for breast augmentation without surgery at this facility.

After arriving, she was advised to have breast augmentation using shock wave stimulation. “The initial cost was 100 million, but after anesthesia, they said I had a breast disease, so they had to increase it by 50 million to perform this technique. During anesthesia, I didn’t know what medicine they injected me with,” Ms. H. shared.

A few days later, she felt pain in her chest and went to a clinic near her home for a check-up. The MRI results showed that there were pockets of fluid behind, inside and around the mammary gland tissue on both sides. Worried, she went to the 108 Military Central Hospital for a check-up.

Cosmetic experts recommend that even licensed substances such as fillers should not be injected into the breasts.

The FDA advises against injecting fillers into the breasts, buttocks, or intermuscular spaces for large-scale body contouring or enhancement. This can lead to serious injuries, including long-term pain, scarring, infection, permanent disfigurement, and even death.

Dr. Pham Ngoc Minh recommends that women beautify themselves to feel more confident, which is a very legitimate need. When women decide to improve their "bust", they need to equip themselves with basic knowledge about popular breast augmentation methods such as: implants or autologous fat grafting.

If you choose breast augmentation with implant material, it must be recognized by the Ministry of Health or FDA certified. In case of breast augmentation with autologous fat, it must be consulted and performed by reputable doctors and hospitals.
