The first training camp for skills and professional work of the Team, 2025

On August 18-19, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union - the Provincial Youth Union Council of Quang Ninh organized the first Training Camp on skills and professional work of the Youth Union in 2025. Participating in the Camp were 104 campers who were permanent members of the Youth Union, Youth Union Councils of communes, wards, special zones, and cadres in charge of children in the residential areas of Quang Ninh province.

Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union Nguyen Phuong Thao affirmed the importance of the Training Camp on skills and professional skills of the Youth Union in improving the quality of care for youth and children in the province.

The training camp includes 6 key training topics on professional skills, life skills, group games, cheerleading and cultural experiences. Each topic is designed to be both theoretical and practical, helping campers immediately apply their knowledge to practical work in the locality.

Through group discussions and practice sessions, campers exchange experiences and learn new methods to improve the quality of Team activities.

Campers participate in the Semaphore Practical Instruction workshop.

The training camp not only equips the team of cadres in charge of children with solid professional skills and methods of organizing rich and effective activities, but also provides an opportunity for exchange and learning for the team of cadres working in the local Youth Union.

The training camp contributes to improving the quality of Team work, meeting new requirements in child care and education .

Held right after the two-level local government came into operation, this is an opportunity for campers to practice their leadership and management skills and apply creativity and innovation in activities, contributing to improving the quality of the Team's work, meeting the requirements of caring for and educating children in the new situation.
