On the afternoon of January 26, the exhibition "Hanoi Spring" on the occasion of welcoming the Spring of Giap Thin 2024 and commemorating the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2024), towards celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024), opened at the Vietnam Museum of Fine Arts (66 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Ba Dinh, Hanoi).

Speaking at the opening of the exhibition, Director of the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum Nguyen Anh Minh emphasized that this thematic exhibition introduces 36 selected works from the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum's modern art collection and the Hang Trong folk painting collection.
These are unique paintings and graphic works about spring in Hanoi, the traditional beauty of the capital's people every Tet holiday such as going to Tet market, flower market, displaying fruit trays...; the moment of welcoming New Year's Eve; sightseeing, spring travel... by famous painters Bui Xuan Phai, Nguyen Tien Chung, Pham Van Don, Tran Luu Hau, Le Quoc Loc, Nguyen Tu Nghiem, Pham Viet Hai... The works are expressed on many materials with bright, impressive colors.
Experience paintings with modern and unique 3D mapping technology.
In particular, in this exhibition, the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum cooperated with CMYK Vietnam Co., Ltd., Visual Arts and Technology Joint Stock Company, and Panasonic Connect Asia to apply unique digital graphics, projection, and mapping displays to bring a new experience to the public.
“The Vietnam Museum of Fine Arts continues to exploit the superiority of digital technology in displaying fine art works, expanding solutions to promote the value of fine art works, especially precious works and national treasures, to introduce them to domestic and international art lovers,” affirmed Mr. Nguyen Anh Minh.
At the exhibition, besides the area displaying original works, there is also an area displaying impressive and magnificent 3D mapping paintings, creating a unique visual effect for viewers.
The exhibition runs until February 25.
