Tran Thi Thanh Thuy had a match of her life against Germany

Tran Thi Thanh Thuy returned as the main scorer for the Vietnamese women's volleyball team, in the 0-3 loss to Germany, at the 2025 World Championship.

After losing 1-3 to Poland (ranked 3rd in the world ) in the opening match, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team is very determined in the match against Germany (ranked 11th in the world).

Germany is rated much higher, from level, physique, physical strength, competition experience...

Reality shows that although the Vietnamese women's volleyball team tried very hard, they could not cause much trouble for the team from Europe.

This is the match where the Vietnamese women's volleyball team had problems in step 1.

Setter 2 Lam Oanh also did not play as well as in the opening match.

The bright spot of the Vietnamese women's volleyball team is Tran Thi Thanh Thuy. In the opening match, losing 1-3 to Poland, "4T" played quite poorly, scoring only 6 points, with an attacking efficiency of 30.95%.
