On the morning of May 10, in Phan Rang - Thap Cham City, Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund coordinated with Ninh Thuan Provincial Youth Union, Ninh Thuan Department of Education and Training to award 75 Vu A Dinh scholarships and the Club for beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa to 75 poor students who are ethnic minorities, children of fishermen with difficult circumstances but have good academic and training achievements at schools in the province, each scholarship worth 1 million VND.

Ms. Truong My Hoa, former Vice President , President of Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund, Head of the Club for Beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa, attended and awarded scholarships to students.
Mr. Nguyen Long Bien, Vice Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee, said that this is a very important program, a great source of material and spiritual encouragement, helping students have more motivation, strive to overcome difficulties in their studies to become useful people for society.
According to the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Thuan, the province currently has 298 educational institutions with a total of 149,515 students; of which 40,510 are ethnic minority students, accounting for 27.1%.
Many children are from poor or near-poor families with difficult circumstances; some are orphans or their parents often have to work in far away provinces and do not have time to take care of them, and their learning conditions are still lacking.
Thanks to the support from Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund and the scholarship of the Club for beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa, students have more motivation to try to overcome difficulties in their studies and become useful people for society.
