Chairman of Kien Giang Province Literature and Arts Association Nguyen Thien Can presented the first prize certificate to author Tu The Duy.
The contest received 563 color and black and white photos from 24 authors in the province. The organizing committee awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, 4 consolation prizes and selected 74 works to exhibit in the art photography contest with the theme "New Rural Areas of Kien Giang Province" in 2023.
The work “The largest saltwater barrier in the West” by Tu The Duy won first prize. The work “Research on plant growth regulation” by Truong Minh Dien and the work “Festival colors” by Tran Viet Trung won second prize.
Third prize went to the authors Huynh Song Tien with the work “Mobile library of village knowledge”, author Vo Ngoc Vinh with the work “On the way to the finish line”, author Tran Viet Trung with the work “Manh Tai rice paper production line, a product meeting 3-star OCOP standards”…
