Awarding ceremony of the writing contest "Organic agriculture - For green growth, sustainable development"

The contest organizers awarded First Prize to the authors.

The award ceremony was attended by leaders of agencies and units: Department of Industry Economics - Central Policy and Strategy Committee; Vietnam Organic Agriculture Association; Vietnam Organic Magazine; World Organic Federation; delegates from 14 countries and international organizations attending the 8th Asian Organic Conference .

On the side of Ninh Binh province, there were leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Office of the Provincial People's Committee; Ninh Binh Newspaper, Radio and Television.

After 6 months of launching the writing contest "Organic Agriculture - For green growth, sustainable development" (from March to September 2025), the Organizing Committee of the contest received more than 200 articles from more than 30 provinces and cities across the country. Contestants are professional and non-professional writers such as : journalists, researchers, agricultural officials, enterprises producing - processing - consuming organic products, typical farmers...

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment: The entries to the contest not only truly reflect the reality of production, business and consumption of organic products but also carry the breath of life and aspirations of farmers, intellectuals and businesses working together for a green - clean - sustainable agriculture. Many valuable articles clearly demonstrate discovery, creativity and inspiration. Thereby, showing a comprehensive picture of the efforts, difficulties, challenges and belief in a green future of organic agriculture in Vietnam.

The contest's jury evaluated based on criteria such as: Creativity and originality ; practicality and feasibility ; persuasiveness and inspiration ...

As a result, the Organizing Committee selected outstanding, high-quality works and awarded prizes to authors and groups of authors, including: 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 10 consolation prizes.

The excellent works honored are not only worthy results of the authors but also valuable sources of information for the press, policy makers, business community and readers interested in sustainable agricultural development.

The award ceremony is a practical activity within the framework of the 8th Asian Organic Conference being held in Ninh Binh province ; thereby affirming the role of the press in accompanying, promoting and spreading the sustainable values of organic agriculture - a field that is increasingly affirming its position in the development process internationally and domestically.
