Also attending were comrades: Tran Minh Thang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Nam Dinh ward; comrades of the Provincial Party Committee: Mai Thanh Long, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Hai Dung, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Khuc Manh Kien, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Bui Van Manh, Director of the Department of Tourism; leaders of departments, branches, the Provincial Tourism Association; leaders of Nam Dinh ward and a large number of people and tourists from all over the country attending the ceremony.

In a sacred and respectful atmosphere, the delegates reviewed the glorious feats of arms of the Tran Dynasty and the great contributions of the national hero Tran Hung Dao. 725 years ago, the Grand Duke and Commander-in-Chief of Hung Dao, Tran Quoc Tuan, led the army and people of Dai Viet to defeat the Yuan-Mongol invaders three times in the 13th century. He became an immortal saint, revered by the people as Saint Tran.
The life and career of Duke and Commander-in-Chief Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan represents the tradition of steadfastness, indomitability, and the spirit of determination to fight and win of the Dai Viet people against all invaders; is a shining example of patriotism, love for the people, and for the great cause of the nation. Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan was a talented military strategist of people's war; made many great contributions to the country's military art and left behind many valuable masterpieces such as: Binh thu yeu luoc, Van kiep tong bi truyen thu...
National hero Tran Hung Dao was also a great cultural figure. The "Proclamation to Soldiers" thoroughly understood the ideology of "Loyalty and Righteousness", pacifying the people, taking the people as the foundation was the core of the strategy to protect the country. With his outstanding political and military talent, Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan contributed to making the Tran Dynasty one of the most prosperous dynasties in the feudal history of Vietnam.

The incense offering ceremony to commemorate the Tran Kings and the 725th anniversary of the death of Saint Tran is an opportunity for the Party Committee, Government and People of Nam Dinh Ward to express their sincere gratitude and determination to promote tradition, build Nam Dinh Ward to be increasingly developed and strong. Contribute to the successful implementation of the goal of Ninh Binh province becoming a centrally-run city by 2030 as set out in the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
