TTH.VN - On August 17th, the Women's Union of Quang Dien district organized the handover of a "House of Love" to Mrs. Tran Thi Sen, Thuy Lap village, Quang Loi commune, Quang Dien district.

Ms. Sen's family is a beneficiary of government social welfare programs and faces difficult circumstances. After a period of construction, her house has now been completed and put into use. It has an area of ​​70 square meters, including one bedroom, one kitchen, and a bathroom, with a total cost of 170 million VND. Of this amount, the Women's Union of the district contributed 50 million VND from its network and contributions from women's union members throughout the district, with the remaining amount provided by family and relatives.

Supporting the construction of "Houses of Love" for disadvantaged families is a meaningful and practical act, demonstrating the care, sharing, and mutual support spirit of officials and members. This is also a timely action to encourage and help families overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, and fulfill one of the criteria for building the "5-have, 3-clean" family model.
