BHG - On the afternoon of December 30, the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to review the work of inspection, supervision, and Party discipline enforcement in 2024, deploy key tasks in 2025, and review the implementation of Resolution No. 08 of the Provincial Party Committee in the form of direct and online meetings from the central Provincial Party Committee to 11 District and City Party Committees. Comrade Nguyen Manh Dung, Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Comrade Tran Quang Minh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, co-chaired the conference. Attending the conference were Comrade Nguyen Minh Tien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission, and representatives of the Central Inspection Commission.

Currently, the Provincial Party Committee has 15 subordinate Party Committees; 820 grassroots Party organizations, one Party unit, 3,749 Party cells directly under the grassroots Party Committee with 76,081 Party members. In 2024, Party committees at all levels focused on leading, directing, organizing the dissemination, dissemination, concretization, timely and complete implementation of documents issued by the Central Committee on Party inspection, supervision, discipline and anti-corruption and negativity; and preparations for the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. The results of the implementation of the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline enforcement tasks showed that: Party committees at all levels conducted 3,163 inspections of 492 Party organizations and 3,483 Party members; Inspection Commissions at all levels conducted 795 inspections of 814 Party organizations and 150 Party members. Through inspection, Party committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels have disciplined 11 Party organizations and 361 Party members. In general, the inspection and supervision work has contributed to preventing and repelling ideological, political , moral and lifestyle degradation among cadres and Party members; strengthening solidarity and unity, continuing to seriously implement the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system; maintaining discipline, order and principles of the Party. Contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members, consolidating the people's trust in the Party and the State.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying the results of inspection, supervision and discipline of the Party; sharing experiences and new approaches in advising on anti-corruption, negativity and waste; implementing coordination regulations in inspection and supervision work; leadership and direction in implementing inspection and supervision of signs of violations by party organizations and party members. At the same time, they pointed out limitations and difficulties and proposed solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of inspection and supervision work. They requested the Central Inspection Commission to unify the form for verifying assets and income of officials and party members for consistency; consider proposing amendments and supplements to the 2018 Law on Anti-Corruption to suit reality.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Le Nguyen Nam Ninh, member of the Central Inspection Commission, assessed that the Party Committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee have always attached special importance to the work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline and achieved many important results. Actively contributing to the implementation of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress; consolidating and building a clean and strong political system. He also pointed out a few limitations and requested the Party Committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels to urgently arrange and streamline the apparatus according to the plan; focus on inspecting and supervising the summary of the implementation of Resolution 18; focus on performing the key task of inspecting when there are signs of violations; promptly and thoroughly resolving petitions, denunciations and reflections, especially those related to the personnel of the Party Congresses at all levels. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission proactively advises the Party Committee to regularly pay attention to directing and orienting inspection and supervision work, thoroughly grasping the motto that supervision must be expanded and inspection must have key points. At the same time, continue to strongly innovate inspection and supervision methods, strengthen digital transformation in performing tasks, and promote propaganda about inspection and supervision work to create consensus and unity throughout the Provincial Party Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Dung fully accepted the direction of Comrade Le Nguyen Nam Ninh, member of the Central Inspection Commission. At the same time, he affirmed that the Provincial Party Committee will focus on overcoming the limitations that have been pointed out in the Party's inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement work; continue to fully implement the tasks and solutions in 2025 to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Party's inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement work. Contribute to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress as well as good preparation for the Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025 - 2030.
