The "Chalk Road" project was established in 2023 by a group of high school students in Hanoi. The program gathered many student volunteers from many high schools in Hanoi. Within the framework of the event, students at Yen Son Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities participated in dream orientation seminars, soft skills sharing, and many art, sports and creative activities.

In addition to providing a useful playground, the project also donated 310 new mattresses to the dormitory, hundreds of books and stories in Vietnamese and English, along with sports equipment such as soccer balls, volleyballs, badmintons and art kits for studying and creativity with a total value of 110 million VND.
The program's goal is to promote comprehensive and sustainable education , to awaken the confidence and potential of highland students, to create more motivation for them to strive, to nurture their dreams and to orient their future development. This is the 8th trip of "Chalk Road", following 7 programs that have been successfully implemented in Phu Tho and Thanh Hoa.
