Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh and revolutionary predecessors, the Delegation affirmed: Keeping in mind Uncle Ho's teachings, in the past term, with the spirit of solidarity and high unity of the entire political system, cadres, party members and people of Tuyen Quang province, important achievements have been achieved. The economy continued to grow and had many improvements. The cultural and social fields received attention and care; social security policies; national defense and security were strengthened and maintained. The work of building the Party and the political system was strengthened; the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations were improved. The material and spiritual life of people from urban areas to remote villages and border areas had many improvements.

Before the beloved Uncle Ho's spirit, the Party Committee, the government, and the people of all ethnic groups in Tuyen Quang province, the delegation vows to forever have unwavering faith in the Party's leadership; to firmly adhere to the goal and path of national independence associated with socialism that the Party and Uncle Ho have chosen; to continue to promote the study and following of Uncle Ho's ideology, morality, and style; to strongly promote the tradition of the revolutionary homeland, solidarity, and determination to successfully implement the goals and tasks of the province's and the country's development orientation until 2030, to be self-reliant, confident, and move forward in the era of national growth.
