This is an important political and social event, an opportunity to comprehensively evaluate the results of the Front's work in the past time; point out limitations, causes, lessons learned; determine directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term, and at the same time contribute opinions to the draft documents of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress will discuss and resolve important issues to continue innovating the content and methods, improving the quality and effectiveness of the Front's operations; consolidating the great national unity bloc; promoting democracy, creating social consensus; strengthening supervision and criticism; participating in building a clean and strong Party and government. With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Congress Presidium hopes that delegates will promote democracy, concentrate their intelligence, uphold their sense of responsibility, contribute valid opinions, resolve key issues, create substantial changes in the Front's work in the coming term, and strive to successfully implement the Congress Resolution.

The success of the Congress will be a source of great encouragement and motivation for the Fatherland Front system at all levels, contributing together with the Party Committee, government and people to realize the goal: by 2030, Tuyen Quang will be a fairly developed, sustainable province with high average income; by 2045, it will become a developed, high-income province in the midland and mountainous region of the North.

Delegates listened to a summary report on the outstanding results of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the 2024-2029 term. During the past term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province closely followed the leadership of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Provincial Party Committee, closely coordinated with the government, departments, branches, and member organizations, and extensively implemented emulation movements and campaigns that brought about practical results. Notably, the People's movement to donate over 50,000 m² of land, contribute over 30 billion VND and thousands of working days to open roads, build bridges, and build essential infrastructure; mobilized to support the "For the Poor" Fund with over 10 billion VND, supported thousands of disadvantaged and poor households in economic development, medical examination and treatment, and support for sudden difficulties, contributing to the effective implementation of the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas".

Implementing the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025" launched by the Prime Minister, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has mobilized the entire political system and consensus of the whole society to realize this goal. As of August 31, 2025, the whole province has received over 335 billion VND, more than 135,000 working days, and support for building and repairing houses for 15,083 poor and disadvantaged households.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province identified this as a particularly important period, implementing the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, continuing to improve the organization, and stabilizing after the merger. The Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province focuses on implementing key tasks such as: promoting the core role in building the great national unity bloc; improving the effectiveness of supervision and social criticism; strengthening dialogue between leaders of Party committees and authorities with the people; mobilizing people of all walks of life to actively participate in emulation movements and campaigns; promoting the application of information technology, deploying the "Digital Front" platform, enhancing training and fostering digital transformation skills, effectively using the I-Office management and operation system in directing and connecting with the grassroots.
