Comprehensive and effective implementation of regulations on handling administrative violations

In the official dispatch sent to specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, vertical organizations located in the area and the People's Committees at district and commune levels, the Provincial People's Committee requested to seriously, fully, comprehensively and effectively implement legal regulations on handling administrative violations. At the same time, consolidate and perfect the organizational apparatus and staff to carry out the work of handling administrative violations and the work of state management on handling administrative violations at agencies, units and localities to ensure compliance with regulations.

Regarding difficulties and problems arising from legal regulations on handling administrative violations and from practical implementation, the People's Committee requests timely synthesis to propose and recommend competent authorities to study amendments and supplements to ensure feasibility, suitability with practical situations, and facilitate the application process.

Every year, agencies, departments and local People's Committees proactively issue and fully implement inspection and examination plans in state management fields to promptly detect and handle administrative violations (if any) and issue plans to inspect the work of monitoring the implementation of laws on handling administrative violations to ensure that the sanctioning activities of competent positions are carried out in accordance with the provisions of law.

The Provincial People's Committee emphasized that units need to continue to seriously and effectively implement the directions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on strictly, fully, comprehensively and effectively implementing the inspection and disciplinary action in the enforcement of the law on handling administrative violations; procedures according to the provisions of the Law on Handling Administrative Violations and documents guiding its implementation; handling administrative violations under the authority of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and a number of other relevant documents.

The Provincial People's Committee requests agencies and units assigned to monitor and urge the implementation of decisions on penalties and application of remedial measures of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to focus on monitoring, urging and inspecting the implementation; promptly advise on the enforcement of decisions on penalties and remedial measures if individuals and organizations violating the regulations do not comply within the prescribed time limit.
