Photo and document exhibition about President Ho Chi Minh and Hai Phong 70 years of construction and development

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of May 8, at the City Exhibition House, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Department of Home Affairs held the opening ceremony of the Photo and Document Exhibition on: "The Life and Career of President Ho Chi Minh", "Hai Phong 70 Years of Construction and Development through Archival Documents" and "Hai Phong - Faith and Aspiration to Rise".

Delegates cut the ribbon to open the exhibition.

This is a typical activity in a series of events held to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025), the 70th anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2025) and the Red Flamboyant Flower Festival - Hai Phong in 2025.

Delegates visited the exhibition " Hai Phong 70 years of construction and development through archival documents".

The exhibition displays more than 400 photos, archives, excerpts and statistics. Thereby, providing valuable information and documents, helping cadres, party members and people of the city better understand the life and great revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh. During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always had much affection and care for the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Phong.
