Exhibition of socio-economic achievements must be unique and representative of the land and people of Vinh Long.

On the afternoon of July 21, the Standing Committee of Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee held a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to give opinions on the draft plan to organize an exhibition of socio-economic achievements of Vinh Long province, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) in Hanoi.

Comrade Ngo Chi Cuong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Vinh Long province, chaired the conference.

Also attending the conference were comrades: Ho Thi Hoang Yen - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Minh Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Lu Quang Ngoi - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Van Han - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Kim Ngoc Thai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Lam Minh Dang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee contributed many ideas after listening to the leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (VH-TT-DL), together with the consulting and design unit, report on the expected content of the exhibition of socio-economic achievements of Vinh Long province. Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to coordinate with departments, branches and consulting units to change the design to create highlights and characteristics; filter and convey the outstanding socio-economic achievements of the province. Through the exhibition, a meaningful message about the people and the land of talented people of Vinh Long province is sent out, contributing to promoting and introducing the image of the province, especially the potential advantages of the province's development in the future to provinces, cities in the country and international friends.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Ngo Chi Cuong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to coordinate with the design consultant to fully absorb the opinions of the Standing Committee members of the Provincial Party Committee. At the same time, coordinate with Vinh Long Newspaper, Radio and Television and related departments and branches to prepare well for the exhibition.

The Provincial Party Secretary noted that the organization of the exhibition and display of achievements must be truly unique and representative of the land and people of Vinh Long. The Provincial Party Standing Committee will continue to review and give opinions to complete the exhibition design plan in August 2025.
