The large-scale propaganda painting exhibition introduces 70 works by professional and non-professional artists nationwide, selected from a propaganda painting contest organized by the Department of Grassroots Culture, ensuring content, artistry and adherence to the theme.
The exhibition will take place for 45 days (from March 27 to May 10, 2024) at the Van Lang Park stage area and along the sidewalk of Tran Phu Street, Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province.
Immediately after the opening ceremony of the exhibition, an art performance program took place under the Mobile Propaganda Competition to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory. Participating were mobile propaganda teams from Da Nang city and the provinces of Thanh Hoa, An Giang, Kon Tum , Lai Chau and Phu Tho.

At the mobile show, the teams performed 17 unique singing, dancing and music performances on the theme of praising the homeland, the country, the historic victory of Dien Bien Phu and the lives of the working people... serving a large audience inside and outside the province.
Deputy Director of the Department of Grassroots Culture Nguyen Quoc Huy said that the program is an important political event to promote the great significance of the historic Dien Bien Phu Victory in the struggle for national independence and unification of our people; affirming that the correct and creative leadership, political, military and diplomatic lines of our Party are the decisive factors in achieving great victory in the resistance war against the French colonialists.
Through the program, we aim to propagate and educate patriotism, revolutionary heroism, the spirit of great national unity and the indomitable will of our people; honor and show gratitude for the great contributions of the armed forces and all classes of people.
