The working delegation's content focused on the mid-term implementation results of the Resolution of the Women's Congress at all levels and the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Women's Congress, term 2021 - 2026.

Accordingly, in the past half term, women's unions at all levels in Dak Lak province have promoted the organization and implementation of emulation movements, campaigns, breakthroughs and key tasks of the Union, thereby achieving positive results.

Up to now, the whole province has built 2,061 models of innovation in thinking and working methods with 4,500 members; 233,635 households have met the criteria of "5 no, 3 clean" and 470 households have met the criteria of "5 yes, 3 clean".

The association at all levels has mobilized connections to sponsor 783 orphans; maintained and improved the quality of 584 service models supporting women and families with 12,600 participating members.

Established and maintained 998 women's savings groups/teams to create revolving capital of 34 billion VND, helping 5,527 disadvantaged women members borrow interest-free; plants and seeds worth 741 million VND and 4,195 working days; coordinated with functional sectors to open 135 vocational training classes on civil sewing, veterinary animal husbandry, cultivation... for 4,637 female workers.

In addition, the Standing Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Women's Union directed all levels of the union to promote the application of information technology in implementing union activities; proactively and actively implement national target programs according to assigned functions and tasks.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the Vietnam Women's Union acknowledged and commended the results that the Dak Lak Provincial Women's Union has achieved in the past time.

At the same time, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union is required to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, perform the function of representing women, and take gender equality as a priority in directing and organizing implementation.

Mobilize and support women to develop household economy , collective economy, access digital economy and proactively participate in local economic development tasks. Organize training and fostering for union officials, improve qualifications, capacity, innovative thinking, have skills to mobilize women and ability to adapt to reality, meet the standards of women's union officials in the new era.

On this occasion, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union awarded 50 scholarships (each worth 1 million VND) and 50 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts with a total value of nearly 14 million VND to orphans in especially difficult circumstances in 15 districts, towns and cities in the province.
