After the parade, Russian President Putin went down to Red Square to greet and greet the commanders of the participating blocs.
When President Putin stepped up to the position of the Chief of the Vietnam People's Army, Lieutenant Pham Khac Giang (Commander of Battalion 1, Army Officer School 1) saluted and said loudly: "Hello President, I wish you good health!". Then, President Putin shook hands with Chief of the Vietnam People's Army.
