Before April 21, Hai Duong plans to complete collecting voters' opinions on the project to rearrange administrative units at all levels.

Based on the results of the voter consultation, the People's Councils at all levels of Hai Duong province will hold meetings to consider and issue resolutions approving the policy of merging Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city, and resolutions approving the policy of rearranging commune-level administrative units.

The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just issued a plan to collect voters' opinions and organize People's Council meetings at all levels to approve the policy of rearranging administrative units at all levels.

Accordingly, the province will simultaneously collect voters' opinions on the Project to merge Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city and the Project to rearrange commune-level administrative units of Hai Duong province.

Regarding the content of the consultation, the Project to merge Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city is the plan to merge Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city, the name, and new administrative headquarters after the arrangement.

For the Project on reorganizing commune-level administrative units of Hai Duong province (for contents related to localities), it is the plan for reorganizing commune-level administrative units, the name and headquarters of the commune-level administrative units formed after the reorganization.

From April 15, the People's Committee at the commune level posted the list of voters, the subjects for collecting opinions are voters representing families permanently residing in Hai Duong province.

The documents serving the collection of voters' opinions will be posted on the electronic information portal of the Provincial People's Committee and the District People's Committee when completed and agreed upon. At the same time, they will be posted at the headquarters of the District and Commune People's Committees, village cultural houses, and residential groups, and will be disseminated and disseminated on local mass media, at village and residential area meetings during the period of collecting voters' opinions.

Voter consultation is conducted by distributing ballots to each household in each voting area of each village and residential area.
