Attending the closing ceremony, on the Korean side, there were Mr. Shin Chul-beom – First Secretary, Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Vietnam ; Mr. Lee Byung-hwa – KOICA Country Director in Vietnam; Mr. Ahn Hyo-dae – Vice Mayor of Ulsan City; Mr. Kim Dong-gil – Vice President of Hyundai Heavy Industries.
On the side of Nghe An province, there was comrade Bui Dinh Long - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Also attending were representatives of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

The E7 visa shipbuilding welding training course at the Vietnam – Korea Industrial Technical College, sponsored by KOICA Vietnam and Hyundai Heavy Industries Group, has officially ended. The course had 53 participants.
During the course, students will learn Korean and Welding Techniques (welding theory and practice: 2G, 3G, 6G). After completing the course, Hyundai Company and an independent unit will evaluate the level of students' understanding of Korean and welding techniques.

With the efforts of the school's staff, lecturers and employees, especially the active support of 2 Korean language teachers and 2 vocational skills practice teachers, the students completed the program, of which 5 students achieved excellent results.
Speaking at the Closing Ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long emphasized that Nghe An province identifies the development of high-quality human resources as one of the strategic breakthroughs in the socio -economic development planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2045. In particular, vocational training, especially vocational training in the direction of international cooperation, linked to the foreign labor market, is an inevitable direction.

The shipbuilding welding training project not only creates conditions for 53 students to access advanced Korean technology but also opens up stable job opportunities with high income; creates a foundation for the development of a highly skilled technical workforce capable of working in an international environment, contributing to enhancing the position and image of Vietnamese workers in the international arena.

Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long affirmed that Nghe An province is committed to continuing to accompany and create the most favorable conditions for international cooperation training programs to be deployed more widely in the coming time. At the same time, he hopes to continue receiving the attention and support of the Korean Embassy, KOICA, Ulsan City Government and especially HD Hyundai Heavy Industries Company to develop this cooperation model more strongly.
