The Central Pedagogical College - Nha Trang currently has 8 affiliated units, with 126 cadres, lecturers and staff. In recent times, the school has implemented emulation movements closely following the targets and tasks of the industry, associated with promoting propaganda and implementing Directive No. 05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. In addition to emulation movements launched by the Government, movements of the Education sector such as: Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning; implementing the campaign "Each teacher is a model of morality, self-study and creativity", the school also actively responded to the activities of the Emulation Bloc of provincial universities and colleges and Emulation Cluster No. 7 under the Ministry of Education and Training . At the same time, promptly commended collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements; Actively discover, commend, and promote good people, good deeds, and advanced models. In the period 2020 - 2025, the school had 2 teachers recognized as Outstanding Teachers of the Year by the Ministry of Education and Training; the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 3 groups of the school.

In the coming time, the school will focus on strengthening the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the school's board of directors and mass organizations to create motivation to promote emulation, spread movements to all cadres, civil servants, workers and students, contributing to improving the qualityof education . At the same time, build and develop advanced models, replicate models, good people, good deeds, create a friendly and effective learning and teaching environment.
On this occasion, the school awarded certificates of merit to 5 collectives and 35 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025.
