(CT) - From now, May 5 to June 5, Can Tho University (CTU) will accept applications for admission to undergraduate programs in 2023 based on high school transcripts (for non-pedagogical programs). For Architecture, candidates must take the Fine Arts Drawing exam organized by CTU on May 21 to get their scores.
Can Tho University staff advises high school students on training majors for enrollment in 2023.
Accordingly, candidates register online at the website http://xettuyen.ctu.edu.vn. Candidates can submit their application and registration fee directly to the school's Training Department or by post . The school considers admission based on the average score of 5 semesters (grade 10, grade 11 and semester I grade 12) of 3 subjects in the admission combination corresponding to the major registered by the candidate; the maximum admission quota is 40% of the quota of the corresponding major. The condition for admission is that the total score of 3 subjects according to the admission combination corresponding to the major registered by the candidate is from 18 points or more.
Candidates can register for a maximum of 5 wishes and must arrange them in order of priority from high to low (priority 1 is the highest wish). For each major, candidates are considered equally based on admission scores and regardless of priority order; considered from high to low scores. For each candidate, all wishes are considered for admission and only 1 wish with the highest priority among the wishes that meet the admission requirements is admitted. The admission score between admission combinations in the same major is equal and is determined by major. This is the admission score of the last candidate in the admission list and is called the Admission Standard Score of the major. For majors with majors, after being admitted and enrolled in the major, candidates can choose the major to study.
For admission based on high school transcript scores in 13 Pedagogy majors, the school reserves a maximum admission quota of 40% of the quota of the corresponding major. The school bases its admission based on the average score of 6 semesters of 3 subjects in the admission combination corresponding to the major registered by the candidate. For PhysicalEducation major only, candidates must take the Sports Aptitude test organized by the school. The school also accepts application documents from May 5 to June 5.
