On the morning of August 14, Khanh Hoa University organized the National Day for National Security Protection in 2023. At the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Chu Dinh Loc, Vice Rector of Khanh Hoa University delivered the opening speech of the National Day for National Security Protection. Accordingly, promoting the results achieved in implementing Directive No. 09, dated December 1, 2011 of the Central Party Secretariat (11th tenure) on "Strengthening the Party's leadership over the national movement for national security protection in the new situation", in recent years, the Party Committee and leaders of Khanh Hoa University have regularly and directly directed the units in implementing the national movement for national security protection; direct forces to coordinate closely and synchronously in organizing the implementation of program content, plans, and coordination work to build a mass movement to protect national security associated with the implementation of Joint Circular No. 06/2015/TTLT-BCA-BGDDT dated August 28, 2015 on guidelines for coordinating the implementation of tasks to protect national security and ensure social order and safety, fight against crimes and other violations of law in the education sector; Circular 124/2021/TT-BCA dated December 28, 2021 of the Ministry of Public Security regulating residential areas, communes, wards, towns, agencies, enterprises, and schools that meet the standards of "safety in security and order"; The campaign "all people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas" and carry out socio-economic development goals and tasks...
