On the afternoon of March 2, a delegation of key staff from Dong Thap University led by Dr. Ho Van Thong, Principal of the school, visited, discussed and studied the model of an inter-level general school at Nguyen Tat Thanh Primary, Secondary and High School, belonging to the Hanoi National University of Education Branch in Ha Nam .
Welcoming the delegation were Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Minh, Principal of Hanoi National University of Education, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Trao, Vice Principal of Hanoi National University of Education, Director of Ha Nam Branch, leaders of Nguyen Tat Thanh Primary School, Secondary and High School and key leaders of the units.
The inter-level school system including Nguyen Tat Thanh Primary School, Secondary School and High School was established on April 20, 2018 and officially came into operation from the 2018-2019 school year.
It can be said that this is a creative and innovativeeducational model of Hanoi National University of Education in the context of current educational innovation.
Based on the orientation of developing staff as well as meeting local needs, the system of high-quality, financially autonomous public schools within the system of practical schools under Hanoi National University of Education has brought a new color to the educational picture of Ha Nam province in particular and the whole country in general.
After nearly 5 years of operation, Nguyen Tat Thanh Primary School and Nguyen Tat Thanh Secondary and High School have made new strides, affirming the educational philosophy and core values that the two schools pursue.

Realizing the similarities in the management system and educational development thinking, the Board of Directors of Dong Thap University directly visited, exchanged and learned experiences in establishing, operating and developing the school.

During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Minh, Principal of Hanoi National University of Education, expressed his warm welcome and willingness to share and support with the desire to join hands in developing the education career, bringing the best to students.
Next, the delegation listened to two reports: The first report by Master Dinh Huu Thang shared about the 5-year journey of building Nguyen Tat Thanh Primary School, starting from the steps of building a project to establish the school, operating the team, and recruiting students.
In the second report, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy, Principal of Nguyen Tat Thanh Secondary and High School, discussed the educational and training activities in the school as well as the differences between the school and other educational institutions.
The report emphasizes the focus on investment in improving the quality of the team through innovative professional activities and focusing on learning activities through practice and experience. With strong innovation in management thinking, the two schools have affirmed their strengths and advantages to continue to promote and the challenges and difficulties to face.
After listening to the reports, the conference members exchanged and discussed very specific and detailed issues. Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Trao, Director of the Branch, also directly shared the management experiences of Hanoi National University of Education in the process of building and operating the inter-level general school system in Ha Nam.
After a period of intensive work, the delegation of Dong Thap University had a comprehensive view of the model of public inter-level schools with financial autonomy to apply and build locally.
At the end of the program, Dr. Ho Van Thong, Principal of Dong Thap University, expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and enthusiastic sharing of Hanoi National University of Education as well as the leadership of Nguyen Tat Thanh school system. He promised that in the coming time, the school's model will continue to be developed in Dong Thap as well as many localities across the country, bringing strong innovations to the education sector in particular and society in general.
