Accordingly, the reason for the suspension is that Ha Hoa Tien University violated the provisions at Point b and Point d, Clause 1, Article 101 of Decree No. 125/2024/ND-CP dated October 5, 2024 of the Government regulating conditions for investment and operation in the field ofeducation .
During the suspension period, Ha Hoa Tien University is responsible for urgently completing the conditions to be allowed to operate training activities according to current laws, and periodically reporting to the Ministry of Education and Training every 3 months on the implementation results.

The Ministry of Education and Training requires Ha Hoa Tien University to take measures to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of students, teachers, administrators and staff of the school.
Ha Hoa Tien University was established under Decision No. 1276/QD-TTg dated September 25, 2007 of the Prime Minister.
The school is located in Ha Nam province, with a geographical location parallel to National Highway 1A, 48km from Hanoi to the North, 8km from Phu Ly city to the South and adjacent to Dong Van industrial park, Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province to the East.
