In an emergency, the Head of the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue of Thanh Ha district will coordinate with An Lao district ( Hai Phong ) to decide to prohibit people and vehicles from moving across Quang Thanh bridge, to ensure absolute safety for people and property of the people.

Faced with the impact of storm No. 3, Comrade Tang Ba Bay, Chairman of Thanh Ha District People's Committee, Head of Thanh Ha District Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue, requested communes and towns to prioritize storm prevention and control tasks.
