According to initial information, on the morning of the same day, the phone of Mr. VVP (63 years old, living on Ly Te Xuyen Street, Linh Dong Ward, Thu Duc City) rang many times in the bedroom but no one answered. At this time, Mr. P's relatives curiously opened the door and found that he had died, his body in the process of decomposition.

Upon receiving the news, Thu Duc City authorities arrived at the scene to blockade, examine, and take statements to clarify the situation.

It is known that Mr. P. is the head of Ward 4, Linh Dong Ward, and is living with his sister and nieces in the above house. However, he and his family rarely communicate.
