Digital transformation in school administration
To have a digital infrastructure to serve digital transformation, the school has invested in and connected 4 internet lines (3 VNPT lines and 1 Viettel line) to serve the management and administration of finance, human resources, enrollment, teaching and learning, student management... The school currently has 12/12 smart classrooms with smart TVs connected to the internet; 1 online meeting room with full facilities, equipment, and independent lines to ensure smooth online conferences and seminars.
In addition, the school also focuses on training 100% of staff, teachers and employees (CBGVNV) to be proficient in using computers, developing teaching plans and exploiting digital materials and learning materials for teaching; 100% of teachers prepare electronic lesson plans to organize effective teaching activities and apply information technology (IT) in all teaching and learning activities.

In order for teachers and students to be able to self-study in the digital age, the school has built a digital learning material warehouse that ensures quality for each grade, class, test bank, exam... gradually creating a rich and abundant source of resources, helping teachers to refer to improve their expertise, students to study, review and take exams online conveniently. Along with that, the school has built a school website to organize management, direction, publicize, and issue a system of documents in management, teaching and learning at the school. This is also an information channel for parents and managers to conveniently look up information about students and the school, creating good conditions for coordination and management...
The school has also created and activated 100% of digital signatures for staff, creating a premise for smooth implementation of digital transcripts. Instead of each teacher signing paper transcripts as before, when entering student comments in the electronic transcript, the signature is already available in the account to activate and integrate, very convenient and fast, helping to reduce the workload of books and documents for teachers.
Digital transformation in teaching and learning has achieved many positive results.
Linking digital transformation with innovation in teaching methods, improving the quality of comprehensiveeducation , developing students' qualities and capacities, the school has required all staff and teachers to strongly apply IT in teaching, testing and evaluating students.
The school actively applies IT and organizes flexible and diverse teaching methods, such as: Exploiting virtual and digital experiments; exploiting electronic documents; pictures, photos, videos, clips of experiments and practices; organizing students to learn English through software; organizing seminars and games in the form of presentations for teachers and staff on holidays and commemorative activities; organizing heritage education activities for students on digital platforms... Through these activities, many good impressions have been created, fostering a love of heritage in the young generation, training students' English speaking skills and using IT. In addition, the competitions are also meaningful activities in the heritage education program, contributing to promoting the activities of "Returning to the roots", "Schools associated with cultural heritage"... At the same time, creating a correlation between heritage and schools, organizing interesting and creative educational programs, helping students proactively explore and learn about heritage in their homeland, contributing to the propaganda and promotion of cultural heritage on the digital technology platform, to bring heritage closer to domestic and foreign tourists.
